CMBA encourages parents to contribute to their child's experience by volunteering.

CMBA needs you, the parents, to participate in your child's programs! And our program can only get better with your help filling a much needed role. Every year, CMBA has many volunteer positions to fill and they need your help. After all, when has it never been a good decision to invest in your child's interests? CMBA is here to help guide you. 

Parents have an important role to play, and that role can impact a child’s interest and enthusiasm for sport for years to come.  Studies have shown a positive relationship between parents who are involved with their child’s sporting activities and the child’s enjoyment of the activity. That is to say, the right type of parental involvement can help a child have a positive youth sports experience that motivates him or her to want to continue playing sports.
